In general fishing was good. From drop shot to bait, all anglers have had some luck.
St. Lucia Estuary:
Activities all over and Springer on Drop shot at the St. Lucia Ski Boat Club was the high light. Grunter and other species future the mouth area on various bait types. Sand prawn from Richardsbay is in high demand.
Richards Bay:
Grunter and Snapper Salmon in the channel above the Steel Bridge and Green Africa Nursery. Commercial Jetty provided some action with Gar Fish, Small Kingfish and Small Queen Mackrel. T Jetty produced drop shot anglers with large variety of species.
